The vast majority of orders at Unicorn Foundation are delivered without a hitch, but understandably from time-to-time things go wrong and you may need to arrange a return. This page should help you determine what's covered.
The item I ordered arrived faulty or didn't work as intended
Please arrange with Unicorn Foundation to return the item for testing. If we confirm that the item was damaged before leaving the Unicorn Foundation warehouse, or was faulty out of the box, your item will be repaired or replaced by Unicorn Foundation free of charge. A refund may also be offered in some circumstances. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return.
The item I ordered was damaged in transit
If your item was damaged between leaving the Unicorn Foundation warehouse and arriving at your delivery address, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Please note that for your claim to be accept you must retain the original packaging for your item(s), and the original packaging material used to deliver your order e.g. the courier satchel or delivery box. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered
Change of mind returns can be processed as long as the item is unopened, in mint condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer. Once we have the item in hand we will have our customer service staff assess the item and if everything checks out OK you will receive an account credit to spend at Unicorn Foundation. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return.
The item I received is not the item I ordered
Provided the item is unopened and in mint condition we'll replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item Unicorn Foundation. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Unicorn Foundation NZ ship nationwide in New Zealand via NZ Couriers.
All orders placed through our online store are delivered via tracked courier with NZ Couriers to ensure safe and fast delivery.
To avoid lost or damaged packages, all deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign, a calling card will be left.
It is a good idea to provide a business address as most deliveries arrive during business hours. Please note that our couriers CANNOT deliver to a PO Box.
Where we can we will use Nationwide A4 Express Pack - $7 flat rate.
For Rural deliveries add $4.05
Our parcel sized courier charges are based on your location and are outlined below. Additional charges will be incurred for rural deliveries. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any shipping inquiries.

DELIVERY TIMES & ITEM AVAILABILITY
We ship items every 1-2 business days however please allow an extra day or two for rural or South Island deliveries. We will do our best to maintain accurate availability information however where an item cannot be shipped out in the above timeframe you will be notified via email.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
A confirmation email containing your order tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Once you receive this tracking number, your order can be tracked online at the NZ Couriers Website using your tracking number. If your tracking number is not recognised please try again in a few hours as there is sometimes a delay while your order awaits courier collection.
